1. No smoking inside the house 2. No open fires of any kind in Praia da Rocha 3. Towels to be hung outside on the line or railings to dry 4. Please wash off all sand in the foot bath at the bottom of the steps before entering the pool 5. No glasses or bottles in the swimming pool 6. Please bring all cushions, fabric chairs and towels inside if it rains 7. Please do not sit on any furniture with wet costumes or wet towels 8. Please keep couches covered with throws and dirty hands and feet off the white furniture 9. Geronimo works Monday to Saturday, but will work on Sunday if requested at an extra cost 10. If you would like to leave a gratuity, a guideline is roughly R100.00 to R150.00 per day 11. Geronimo can be asked to clean your boat, fish, carry canoes/paddle skis/cooler boxes etc. down to the beach 12. If you have any problem communicating with Geronimo, the estate managers will assist 13. Aircons must be switched off when not in use 14. There are fire extinguishers in all the rooms and kitchen as well as a fire reel next to the pool. Please make sure everyone knows where they are and how they work 15. There are spare gas bottles for all gas appliances 16. Please report any breakages to Geronimo and to your booking agents 17. Keys must be obtained from the gatehouse if you arrive after hours or alternatively from Geronimo during normal hours at the house 18. On departure keys must be left with Geronimo or at the gatehouse 19. If you are launching a boat off the beach please discuss this with the estate managers beforehand 20. Please avoid buying any seafood from the locals selling on the beach. This is to prevent overfishing and to discourage fishermen coming onto the estate. Discuss with management and they will arrange it for you with the local fisherman. Alternatively seafood can be bought in Tofo 21. Switch off the gas for the braai at the gas bottle when not in use 22. Use lighters or matches to light the gas braai/hob as the ignitors do not always work 23. The estate management are available to assist should you encounter any problems.
